Sponsors make this environment possible.

The Group Home is a safe place where three young men and a "house mom," Mulu, are able to meet their daily needs, and most importantly, be enveloped in a sense of family and love.

Yabsera, Meskelu and Bereket are each supported by individual sponsors across Canada and the United States - people who make it possible for the boys to attend private school and college or university. Meskelu is in a college program to become a social worker!

Many members of this family have come from difficult past circumstances, but the stability and resources offered through the Group Home represents an incredible chance to grow up in a caring environment and go after their dreams.

They even have a family pet. Buchi the dog has his own sponsor in Canada!

The boys and Mulu are provided a home, education, clothing, food, supplies, medical care and funds for special occasions. We are so grateful to the sponsors who are helping to empower these three young men and Mulu. We welcome new sponsors to help with this project through DevXchange, so it can continue to change lives for many years to come.
